15 Minute Superset Core!

Friday nights were made for Supersets.. and this week I put together a short 15 minute workout to absolutely torture those tummy muscles! (..If you’re into that kind of thing🙈)

To be honest I completely made this workout up as I went. But I can confirm truthfully that it’s a total killer and my Abs have been sore ever since! Give this one a go and please let me know what you think – I’d love to hear how you guys get on! ❤️

Superset Rules: Try every exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute each and repeat this circuit for 15 minutes:

  1. Push Ups (full or half)
  2. Plank
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Weighted Jacknifes
  5. Mountain Climbers
  6. Weighted Jacknifes
  7. Crunch to leg extensions
  8. Hand to knee crunches
  9. Slow AB Bike with pause
